Please reach us at flytedistrictbungee@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Bungee fitness is an aerial-style workout that uses a supportive harness and military grade bungee cords to reduce impact on your joints. This is for anyone looking for a low-impact workout that still delivers serious cardio, strength, and core engagement.
And beyond the benefits—it’s just plain fun. Being suspended in the harness gives you a freeing, flying sensation that makes movement feel fun and empowering. Your heart rate climbs, calories burn, and you’ll definitely work up a sweat… no matter which muscles you’re aiming to torch.
To ensure both safety and fun, participants must fall within a 90–290 lb weight range. This limit is based on calculations completed by a structural engineer who designed our setup specifically for the existing building. We wanted to offer a higher weight limit, but due to the way the structure is set up, the engineer was only able to create plans to accommodate the 290 lb limit.
And if bungee isn’t an option for you yet, that doesn’t mean it never will be. We offer plenty of other ways to move and feel amazing—check out our Step2Fit with Becca, Dance2Fit with Becca, Strength classes to get started and keep building strength and confidence. 💪
Weight is non negotiable.
Unfortunately, no. Safety always comes first. Since there is a lot of pressure put on the abdomen when doing a bungee workout, anyone who is pregnant must refrain from participating. After pregnancy, we do require a note from your healthcare provider to confirm it’s safe for you to participate. Our bodies change in powerful (and sometimes unpredictable) ways, and we want to be sure you’re supported, protected, and never pushed beyond what’s best for you. 💛
If you’ve had surgery in the past 6 months, you’ll need to be cleared from your doctor before you can join us.
We will look forward to you healing up and getting back to class!
Everyone must attend Intro to Bungee Flyte - Level 1.
This gets you familiar with the setup, the movements, and the feeling of being in the bungee harness.
Once you've completed the intro class and feel comfortable, you can sign up for Bungee Flyte - Level 2, and then so on.
As the instructor, I will give recommendations on if you should do another round of the specific level you are on if necessary.
Head to our plan page and then click "Enroll in your plan here"!
There you can choose if you would like to drop-in for one class, choose a monthly membership, or purchase a punch card.
Once you've chosen your plan, our system will prompt you to create an account. Once your account is created, you will receive access to book a class and sign the required waiver.
Shirts: We always recommend a regular length t-shirt. Crop tops aren't satisfactory and the harness can create friction on your skin.
Pants: General leggings or sweats are great! You are welcome to wear biker shorts also.
Shoes: Non-white lace up shoes that are comfortable and have good traction. Sometimes white shoes will get scuffed with our rubber flooring. No sandals or open toed shoes. You must wear shoes during classes.
Hair: We recommend wearing a low or high ponytail. Sometimes your hair can pull on the bungee cords and we don't want that. No hair clips.
Men: Tight fitting undergarments with regular pants/shorts on top.
Yes! All genders are welcome! We just ask that men wear tight undergarments under their workout clothing.
The age limit at Flyte District is a minimum of 14 years old. All participants under 18 will need to have parent or guardian approval, and their parent or guardian will need to sign the waivers.
Unfortunately, due to the scope of the classes and the space that we have, we aren't able to accommodate littles.
Not at all! We have purposely scheduled classes to have enough time for weigh-in's and setup. Arrive at the exact time it shows on the class you booked.
Nope! Just a water bottle and closed toed shoes.
We provide all the equipment for each class.
If you are late, it will depend on the class.
If you book an intro class, and you are more than 10 minutes late, you will have to re-book a different class time. There is a lot to getting people ready for their first Bungee Flyte experience The time it takes at the beginning of the Intro Class to weigh, and show people how to safely harness in, is an essential part of the class. If class is started and everyone is already harnessed in, we won't stop class for a late arrival.
For Ground Classes, you can come in up to 15 minutes late.
Absolutely not! We are here to help you learn. Bungee Fitness is new to the Willamette Valley and we don't expect anyone to have any experience. We hope to teach you!
All of our ground classes are the same...no experience necessary. We are here to guide you on your journey and every step of the way!
Of course!
We recommend doing any level more than once if you feel like it would benefit you, or if you just want to feel more confident in certain movements before adding anything new.
Yes! If you are wanting a gift certificate, please send us a request through our contact form on our contact us page.
When we have a minute, we will give you a call and get specifics and get you squared away.
You can absolutely pay for a friend. They will have to create their own account to sign the waiver that automatically gets sent to every new client. It's best for you to call us or send us a message through our contact form to get things situated...especially if it's a surprise!
Not yet! But we do have this option coming in the near future. We will make sure to let everyone know and post on social media once we have everything set up and planned for it. The option will be available on the website when available as well.
