Build Community and Have Fun!

We mainly offer bungee fitness, but we also offer a small selection of other class based fitness options. We believe that class based fitness has so many benefits including building community and camaraderie, being a part of, accountability, support, friendship, laughter, and a ton of fun. We are all just trying to live a meaningful and healthy life, and what better way than to join others that are like minded!


Bungee Fitness is a fun and unique aerial-style workout that uses a supportive harness and military grade bungee cords and equipment, that reduces impact on your joints. This is for anyone looking for a low-impact workout that still delivers serious cardio, strength, and core engagement.

And beyond the benefits—it’s just plain fun. Being suspended in the harness gives you a freeing, flying sensation that makes movement feel fun and empowering. Your heart rate climbs, calories burn, and you’ll definitely work up a sweat… no matter which muscles you’re aiming to torch.


We all have goals we are trying to reach, but who says working towards them has to be bland?

 At Flyte District Bungee Fitness, we inspire people to live active, energized lives while building a community they truly can’t imagine life without. Our specialty is low-impact, high-energy bungee fitness, complemented by classes like Dance2Fit, Step2Fit & Weights, and Group Strength—so there’s something for every goal and fitness level and there are always modifications. We believe staying consistent is easier (and way more fun) when accountability turns into connection, and when showing up means being welcomed by people who are just as excited to see you, as you are to be there.

Dance2Fit with Becca

 Dance2Fit is a high-energy cardio class that blends easy-to-follow dance movements with upbeat music for a workout that feels more like a party than an exercise. Choreography is designed to be simple and repetitive so participants of all fitness levels can jump in, follow along, and enjoy the rhythm without pressure. Modifications are always offered, making this class approachable whether you’re brand new to fitness or just want a joyful sweat session.


No dance experience is needed — the focus is on movement, fun, and building confidence while getting your heart rate up.

Step2Fit & Weights with Becca

 Step2Fit is a cardio-focused workout that uses a step platform to build endurance, coordination, and lower-body strength while keeping the energy high and the movements approachable. This class blends rhythmic stepping patterns with strength intervals to deliver a full-body burn that’s both fun and effective. Every other song will include weights.


No prior experience is needed — combinations are taught in layers, and modifications are always offered so you can move at your own pace while still feeling challenged.

Group Strength

In group strength we provide full-body workouts that blend steps, weights, cardio, body weight, focused core exercises to build strength, endurance, and stability. Expect short cardio bursts, body-weight movements, and light equipment options designed to elevate your heart rate while targeting your entire body. Everything can be modified to suit you personally!
